Finally Done

My new year’s resolution has been completed.

60 Days
100% vegan
Nothing processed
No bread

Wow that was as hard as I thought it would be.

I feel terrific, all my senses feel heightened. My concentration feels great.

I can’t lie though, can’t wait for some eggs and cheese.

My favorite lesson taken in from this has to be the creativity it takes to cook and eat this clean.

I am very thankful that Deanna and I cook pretty darn good.

Nevertheless I also learned that we really should eat to full and nothing more.

Food is a beautiful thing and it does majestic things in our bodies. It should be enjoyed.

What is the definition of enjoy your food?

To me it is having flavor but more importantly it is to enjoy the fact you know how much this is going to fuel you and how great this food is for your body.

This has been a great experience.

This discipline and success will create great momentum for 2019.

Furthermore I will be able to incorporate my way of eating to my day to day diet

When I speak to most people about resolutions, cleanse or any diet they go automatically to failing and being a waste of time.

I believe that we need to begin any challenge with a non negotiable attitude on succeeding. If it wasn’t possible you wouldn’t have imagined it.

After succeeding with this in the 1st two months of the year I can take on any challenge this year.

Although I am happy to have started out my year this wait I can’t wait till breakfast!

Cheers!
