In teaching we learn

In coaching others you inevitable hold yourself to a higher standard

The big brother concept has died out with the new ages, revive it

See the greatness in others even or specially if they don’t see it in themselves

Reach one Teach one is a term used in mentoring

The mentor role needs to be about helping others reach higher goals in their life’s, it isn’t about you being better

Being a mentor is about your life’s experiences as much as it is about you giving your time, attention and advise to that person

I’ve read and heard the point we all need mentors

Unfortunately in some cases there’s not one readily available

Not to worry, books, videos and audiobooks, authors, ect. can be mentors too

Everyone I’ve mentored at some point I ask them to find someone and put them under their wing and mentor them

No one is ever excited to do so because they feel they have so much still to work on

Then they realize it may be one of the best decisions they’ve ever made

Then it’s a way of life one never stops helping others in their journey

I’ve claimed that I do it for selfish reasons

Because the joy I get when I see others reach beyond their imaginations in many aspects of their life’s is priceless
