Been working on me for a very long time.
Attempting to become the best version of myself.
Currently at a solid 2.5 out of 10 in arriving at my best version.
Definitely an amateur, a student, a white belt. Nevertheless, eagerly and actively learning and absorbing everything I can that helps me in the journey to be the best version of myself that I can be.
Self talk has been a huge part of my learning and journey.
This website is somewhat of a journal to me.
I have a couple of other venues I use in order to exercise my mind.
My favorite and newest tool is our podcast, Straight Talk with the Perez Brothers
I try to run as much as I can and I often find inspiration while I do so I started this YouTube Channel in order to capture some of these selftalk conversations
Then there’s a place where I attempt to share my thoughts via quotes I find, videos and general post via a Facebook Group
Last but definitely not least, many moons ago I created a YouTube Channel attempting to do some Vlogs (Video Blogs)
I’ve been in this journey of self-realization for over 20 years now and I love it.
I truly hope someone can find their story in a piece of mine in order to help them achieve a fraction of the freedom, purpose and happiness that I have found through my journey.
