60 day challenge

30 days into my 60 day challenge and I feel terrific.

Last year I did a 30 day juice reboot. 4 to 5 juices a day. I felt very clear, focused and healthy.

The 30 day challenge gave me a great momentum in health for my mind body and spirit.

I thought about doing a 60 juice reboot but I really didn’t want to go through the process of juicing, storage and money it takes.

So I decided to challenge myself to eat clean for 60 days.

60 eating vegan; no cheese, dairy or fish 😟

No bread 😔

And the hardest one, nothing processed whatsoever.

It has definitely been a challenge and a half. However it has been a great experience thus far.

I feel I should be vegan and this gave me an opportunity to learn how to do so.

I feel bread has more negatives than positives so I included this challenge.

I truly believe processed foods literally change the chemistry in our brains so I included this one, even though I miss my soy patties and sauces/dressings.

Not many times I admit to be proud of myself. Small victories and challenging ourselves, those are some great keys to success.

Cheers!
