Resentment

According to Oxford Dictionary it is bitter indignation at having been treated unfairly.

Very likely up there with carrying hate and anger. One must try at all cost to avoid this feeling. Unlike pain and fear, resentment has zero positive effects on the front or back end. It’s is very similar to stress, it just eats you up from the inside out creating negative feelings with no resolve.

Is it impossible to feel resentment at times? Sure feels like it. The best option to stay away from this awful feeling is do what keeps you from staying with it. Smile and walk away from the situation therefore the feeling won’t linger as the relationship is severed. If walking away isn’t an option do what you can to change the outcome the resentment came about, in order for the subject of the resentment not to come up again.

Anger, stress and resentment are examples of feelings that waste ones life away and eat away at ones peace. We as ever evolving beings must work towards becoming as effective and logical as possible, always progressing and feelings like such keep us from being logical.

Stay in the fight y’all
