Food for Thought

Push through the challenges in life

Put your head down and run further than you think possible in every situation

Life isn’t always easy, it’s never been meant to be easy, it just is

You need to spend a lot of time by yourself in order to make sense out of the internal constant noise, don’t just drown it out with more noise

Know that when you think you’ve given your all, you’re only using half your potential, your effort, and your ability. Impress yourself

Smile when you’re angry. It makes a difference. Smiling changes your physiology literally changing your mind. Anger is your enemy

Relationships are amazingly important

Relate to everyone, this way you can never judge another

Add value to as many people as possible

Cherish your relationship with yourself 1st, don’t ever sacrifice your own sanity for another

Don’t expect anything from anyone, if they do good by you great, if not don’t be surprised. Don’t let others actions and inactions change your good heart and nature

Keep acquaintances but don’t allow folks in your circle easily

Be humble in your intimate relationships. Trust from the beginning, if they’re going to take advantage of your trust then let it happen quickly

Exercise a lot, it’s good for your mind, body and soul

Life will make you suffer

Get the upper hand by making yourself suffer on your own accord

Suffering is a muscle, one must exercise it in order to reap the benefits

All the greats have suffer greatly

Suffering is inevitable to grow

Control your own suffering

Believe in yourself even if no one else believes in you

If there’s a life after this one, good. But live this life like it’s your only one

The future is like inches and miles, it’s useful for measuring but

Today is all you ever have, act today!

Make the hard decisions now in order to have an easier life

Make the easier decisions now in order to have a harder life

The choice is yours, always

Take full responsibility for everything that you do and that happens to you

It’s because of you that your life is what it is now

The thing about excuses is that they’re usually valid, nevertheless they’re just excuses

You’ll never achieve anything worthwhile with excuses

Never chase money but work very hard at everything you do

Know that you’re a god and a bacteria in this beautiful green earth, carry yourself with greatness, grace and humbleness as you walk this earth

This world can be hell or heaven, again, the choice is yours

Come to the realization that people will die and so will you..it may sound morbid but we too often live as we’ll live forever

Treat others like you may never see them again, because one day you’ll be right

Look around you and within you, realize that everything is a miracle

It can be hard to accept, but you are not the main character in everyone’s story, they are

Seek inspiration and discipline around you and from within you

Stay awake, aware, inspired intentionally
