Why be an irrational optimist

As I read that quote it just hits me hard. I have practice this for many years. I haven’t always been an irrational optimist but I am glad at some point I transitioned into one.

What do you think about on a daily?

Do you listen and watch positive things?

Are you filling your mind with positive or negative information daily?

What’s your morning routine like?

Do you start your day with negative news or worries or drama?

Are you aware of the information you allow in your mind?

These are great questions to ponder and seriously reflect on.

The author of the quote also says that your obsessions become your possessions. I can relate to that.

When I focused on the worries, the disloyalties, the drama and the struggle, guess what I possessed?

Now I obsess on my great, healthy and happy life and guess what I possess now?

The irrational part I like to throw in just because if the great minds before saw things that were irrational and didn’t act on it we wouldn’t have any of the technology we have today including phones, cars, airplanes and such.

I am the most optimistic person I know and it has changed all of me from the inside out and has changed my zip code, my attitude and my lifestyle.

Just a little food for thought
